Our Approach

We are committed to child centered, integrated education for the younger child. We strive to provide a stimulating environment, wherein the young child can, through active involvement and carefully structured learning experiences, develop fully in all aspects – socially, emotionally, physically, aesthetically and intellectually. Our teachers are committed to enhance this development and facilitate learning in an atmosphere of co-operation and respect for others. At Hattons we ensure that the child is at the centre of everything we do so that children are enabled to reach their full potential and be prepared for the world in which they are growing up and living in. Our play-based learning is mapped to ensure it focuses on the needs and interests of the child. It is a holistic approach that considers the child’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Our Environment

Our top priority at Hattons is to create a nurturing, stress-free environment where all students feel safe, supported, and valued. It is a place where students feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and making mistakes. It is also a place where students are encouraged to be themselves and to express their unique talents and abilities.
Our carefully curated learning environment holds the key to a child’s imagination, igniting cognitive, emotional and physical development. We believe that children should have endless opportunities to express themselves through touch, moving, listening and observing, and our setting is designed to encourage these interactions and explorations.

Our Ethos

We aim to provide the best start in life for children and their families in a safe, fun and stimulating environment. We inspire and nurture our children and promote a love of learning that should carry them through to be lifelong learners!
We are committed to providing children with a high-quality education that prepares them for success. We use a variety of teaching methods and strategies, including play-based learning, inquiry-based learning, and hands-on learning. We also focus on developing children’s social and emotional skills, such as cooperation, sharing, and problem-solving.
We believe that all children are unique and that we should celebrate their diversity. We create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all children feel respected and valued. We also believe that it is important to partner with parents and families to support children’s learning and development.
