Dedicated STEAM Centre
We are very fortunate to have a dedicated STEAM centre that enables our students to solve real-life problems imaginatively, using and developing the skills and knowledge gleaned across the curriculum.
STEAM education for preschool is an integrated approach to early childhood education that focuses on science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. It is a hands-on, play-based approach that encourages children to explore, experiment, and learn through discovery.
STEAM education is important for preschoolers because it helps them develop the skills they need to be successful in the 21st century. These skills include:
– Critical thinking and problem-solving
– Creativity and innovation
– Communication and collaboration
– Perseverance and resilience
– Adaptability and flexibility
STEAM education also helps preschoolers develop a love of learning and a curiosity about the world around them.
